Groan … just got a call from the repair shop. They want $1,100 to replace the broken air conditioning condenser on my K-Car (by K-Tel). Sucks. I could do without the cool, refreshing air, but this is a lease, so I have to have it fixed.

Thing is, it’s broke from a accident I had back December 20th. I drove up a curb and blew out my tire, cracked my rim in half, dented the hood, and ended up with a broken face, broken thumbs, and cracked ribs (those injuries courtesy of da police, thank you kindly). Had all that fixed, now I have the broken AC.

I put a call in to my insurance company (Fred’s Insurance Co. of Newark). I’m hoping they will put the repair cost under the previous collision, since it was from the collision. 

*Fingers crossed*

I’ll be cutting lawns all weekend to make some dough anyway. Maybe I’ll play some wiffle ball too.
